Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: July 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern all flight bookings, commercial passenger tickets, and charter carriage contracts issued by Fly Diamond Aviation. By reserving a seat or chartering our aircraft, you agree to comply with the rules outlined below.
1. Reservations and Ticketing
All reservations must contain the exact passenger name as spelled in the valid passport. Tickets are non-transferable unless verified under a corporate travel agreement. Check-in desks at Mitiga International Airport open three hours prior to departure and close strictly 60 minutes before scheduled takeoff. Passengers failing to check in before closure will forfeit their tickets.
2. Baggage Allowances and Restrictions
To ensure weight limits on the Airbus A320 meet continuous airworthiness thresholds, passenger baggage is subject to the following rules:
- Cabin Baggage: 1 piece of carry-on up to 8 kg, fitting dimensions 55 x 40 x 23 cm.
- Checked Baggage: Standard allowance is 23 kg per passenger for regional flights, unless otherwise stated on the e-ticket.
- Prohibited Items: Dangerous goods, flammables, and compressed gases are strictly banned in compliance with IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.
3. Schedule Integrity and Delays
Fly Diamond commits to providing reliable regional air bridges. However, departure schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, airport slot cancellations, air traffic control restrictions, or civil safety audits. Our liability in such events is governed by LCAA regulations and carrier insurance provisions.
4. Governing Law
All tickets, carriage conditions, and disputes arising from our services are governed by the aviation laws of Libya and GCC commercial standards under Atlas One operations.
